The ArtBar is a gathering spot at the hub of Portland's cultural district
for downtown visitors, workers, arts enthusiasts and residents.
We are in the
beautiful rotunda lobby of Portland's PCPA, hosting the Newmark Theatre,
the Winningstad Theater, and across the street from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert
Hall. It is not only the watering hole of choice for the actors, stagehands
and audiences in the building, but one of downtown's best cheap eats for
excellently
prepared food and drink. We have a fantastic wine cellar by the bottle and
by the glass and an extensive menu of regional beers, single-malt scotches
and handcrafted cocktails.
Unwind with a festive after work remedy at our fireside bar or have dinner
